More than 8 in 10 San Diego County Medicare Advantage plans change for 2027. Of 60 plans in 2026, 15 end, 6 merge into another plan, and 29 of the 39 that stay raise the premium, the out-of-pocket maximum or the drug deductible.
For 2027 you can choose from 46 plans from 13 companies. 37 have a $0 monthly premium (you still pay Part B).

Are you the government? Is this a scam?
No and no. We are a licensed family agency, not Medicare. Check Alejandra's license #4507923 at the California Department of Insurance. Medicare won't call you asking for your number. If someone does, hang up.
Does your help cost anything? Who pays you?
It is free for you. The insurance company pays us. You get the comparison, the paperwork and our help all year.
Does my plan cover me in Tijuana?
Emergencies, often yes. 39 of the 46 San Diego plans for 2027 cover emergency care outside the U.S., most with a copay. Regular visits in Mexico are not covered. We check yours.
What is a Part B give back plan?
A plan that lowers your Part B premium. 18 San Diego plans for 2027 pay back $6 to $186 a month. It is not always the best value, so we compare it with your doctors and medicines.
